Charging tasks require you to drive a car to an assigned charging station and plug it in.
How to complete a charging task correctly:
- Accept the task and drive to the assigned charger shown in the app
- Plug the car in and wait for charging to begin
- Upload the required photos (charging cable connected, dashboard showing charging)
- Complete the task in the app
Why might a charging task be declined?
- No energy detected (Code 9): The charger did not register any energy transfer. This can happen if the cable was not properly connected or the charger was faulty.
- Too far from charger (Code 8): The car ended up more than 1.5km from the assigned charging station.
- If all assigned chargers were occupied: Try the nearest alternative charger. After 2+ replacement attempts you may qualify for approval even without a successful charge. Upload photos of each attempt.
Note: Do not drive somewhere else and upload photos without attempting to charge — this will result in a decline.
