Make sure your car-sharing account is fully active and up to date.
🔄 Recent changes
Did you recently update any details in your car-sharing account, like documents or personal info? It may take a short time for those updates to sync.
📆 Document validity
Double-check that your driver’s license and payment card are still valid and not expired.
💳 Account balance
Make sure there are no unpaid charges or issues with your car-sharing account.
📧 Different email addresses
If the email you used to register for StreetCrowd doesn’t match the one linked to your car-sharing account, this could be the reason your account hasn’t been activated. In this case, please reach out to us so we can help you verify your account.
