Whenever you receive an email notifying you of a declined transaction/move/task status change, there will be a number included in the message. This number indicates the reason for the decline.
If you're unsure about the meaning of the number, please refer to our list of rejection codes. If your move was declined, here’s a breakdown of the reasons and what went wrong:
1️⃣ Car Parked Far Outside the Hot Zone 🚗❌
The car was parked outside the designated Hot Zone area, making it ineligible for payment.
2️⃣ Time Exceeded ⏳
The move took longer than the allowed time to complete, which is why it couldn’t be approved.
3️⃣ Distance Exceeded 📏
The move covered more distance than what is permitted, causing the task to be declined.
4️⃣ Time and Distance Exceeded ⏳📏
Both the time and distance limits were exceeded during the move, leading to disqualification.
5️⃣ Wrong Hot Zone 🗺️
The car was parked in a different Hot Zone than the one you selected, which is against the guidelines.
6️⃣ Car Parked Outside the Hot Zone 🚗📍
The car was parked slightly outside the intended Hot Zone, which is why it couldn't be approved.
7️⃣ Car Not Moved or Unlocked 🔒
The car was neither relocated nor unlocked as required, making the move invalid.
8️⃣ Policy Violations ⚠️
This includes issues like non-paid invoices, reckless driving, leaving trash in the car, or any other violations listed in the Rule Book.
9️⃣ Car Did Not Charge ⚡
The car wasn’t successfully charged during the move, which affects the task’s eligibility.
🔟 Speeding 🚗💨
Exceeding the speed limit during the move will result in the task being declined.
1️⃣1️⃣ Trip Cancelled by Member 🚫
If you cancelled the trip, the task will not be processed or approved.
