Once your Miles, MOL Limo or Wigo car-sharing account is activated, your StreetCrowd account will automatically be activated.
🔸 In the case of GreenGo, the activation process may take up to 2 days.

🚗 Car-sharing account status
Make sure your car-sharing account is fully active and up to date.
🔄 Recent changes
Have you recently updated your car-sharing account, such as changing your documents or personal information?
📆 Document validity
Double-check that your driver's license and payment card are still valid.
💳 Account balance
Ensure that your car-sharing account has no outstanding payments.
📧 Different email addresses
If the email you used to register for StreetCrowd doesn’t match the one linked to your car-sharing account, this could be the reason your account hasn’t been activated. In this case, please reach out to us so we can help you verify your account.
